Thank you for taking the time to honor someone from our community who is worthy of praise. In the Piroke Avot (Ethics of the Fathers), it is written "Who is worthy of honor? He who honors others." Therefore, you are worthy of a blessing for this act of kindness.

All nominees will be recognized at the Award Ceremony at Beth Shalom Bnai Zaken Congregation in Chicago on Sunday June 24th.  In addition to the information requested below, we ask that you email us a picture of the nominee for our website and any additional material such as essays or resumes to rabbilevy@blackjews.org
