Our goal is to develop a comprehensive siddur for the Israelite community. The first step to develop a comprehensive siddur for the Israelite community is to determine the needs of our various congregations.  This form will allow us to create a list of all the prayers, psalms, blessings, songs, and services that must be included in our siddur for it to be useful.

Please take a moment to complete this form accurately.  List the names of the prayers (not merely the page numbers from your current siddur). If your congregation does not use a formal siddur, then list the elements of each service. We are particularly interested in obtaining copies of original prayers and music that have been created by members of our community. Include those on this form.

The composition of this siddur will make it possible for leaders to continue their services without change. And, leaders can discover and choose to incorporate elements from various Israelite communities from around the world into their services. This will also make it possible for individuals to visit any Israelite congregation and find commonality.
